  4. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off fire and steep for 15 minutes
  6. Strain.
  7. Heat sugar and 3 tablespoon of water until sugar is dissolve.
  8. Add pandan leaves if you prefer. Let it completely cool.
  9. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour lemongrass juice.
