You will need 6 large ripe pomegranates. Trim the crown using a sharp paring knife. Gently and carefully cut the outside skin around the fruit without having the seeds touched. Then open it with your thumbs and scoop the seeds out. Make it gently and free from bruises. Those white membranes should be disregarded.

In a blender, gather the seeds of those 6 pomegranates. A half cup of ice cubes and 1/3 cup of water is needed. Blend it until come to very smooth. Strain the liquid then collect the pomegranate pulp in a double-layered cheese cloth and drain as much liquid as possible. Strain again the pomegranate juice. There’s no need for additional sweetener when you use ripe pomegranate fruit.  You can now enjoy and experience the taste of pomegranate juice!
