The natural ways to remove gallstones

The most common problem associated with the gallbladder is gallstones. Gallstones is a medical term used for describing hard particles formed within the gallbladder by accretion of bile components. It may be as small as a grain of sand or as large as a golf ball. It is a common health disorder found among people over age 60, and the pain usually occur in the upper part of our belly. Gallstones are formed when cholesterol and other things found in bile make stones, or when excess bile is stored in the gallbladder. People who are overweight and those trying to lose weight are most likely prone to get gallstones. But, most people who have gallstones do not have symptoms unless, you feel the pain in the pit of your stomach and it can be spread to your right back, or shoulder blade area. Sometimes, the pain is more severe. Sometimes, it is steady or may get worse when you eat. Severe pain and infection caused by gallbladder may lead to organ damage.

At present, medicines are rarely used to treat gallstones. But, there are lots of cures available for treating gallstones. And some among the best recommended natural remedies for gallstones are as follows:

  • Water is proven effective to make the body run more efficiently. 10-12 glasses of water a day is recommended to keep the body working at peak levels.
  • Exercise for at least 20 minutes every day. Or just take a walk until you sweat, so your body will also begin to flush the toxins, salts and impurities for a consistent period of time.
  • Diet is also important. It is being suggested to refuse from eating fatty foods including fried foods which contains more cholesterol and will result in more cholesterol processed by the gallbladder. Anyone with gallbladder problems should minimized foods that weaken the liver such as white sugar, chocolates, white flour and deep fried foods. Spicy foods should also be avoided especially ginger which tends to congest the liver. Even cold foods like salad should also be minimized because they weaken the spleen and kidneys.
  • Fruits and vegetables are great sources of fiber. It is being recommended to take at least 5-6 pieces a day together with water to keep gallstones treated and prevented. Fruit juices like apple juice are quite popular for gallstone treatment as well as lemon and strawberries. People suffering from gallstones are often recommended to drink lemon juice to help flush out their system. This method can be used as treatment for gallstones.

Drinking apple juice is a natural way to remove gallstones. For the first five days, a patient should drink at least four glasses of freshly squeezed or packed apple juice a day because it helps softens the gallstones. Or if you prefer to eat fruit, you need to eat 4-5 pieces a day. During the five days, a patient should eat normally.

On the sixth day, take only breakfast and lunch. And for dinner, just drink water or any other fluids. At six in the evening, take a teaspoon of magnesium sulfate with a glass of warm water.

Repeat the same at eight in the evening. Magnesium sulfate opens the gallbladder ducts.

At ten in the evening, take a half cup of olive or sesame oil with half cup of lemon juice. Mix it well and drink. This oil will lubricate the stone to ease their passage.

After this, do not engage in any physical activities. Just lay down and rest or take a sleep. The next morning, you will find a green stones in your stools. Even if you don’t have symptoms of gallstones, it is better to give your gallbladder clean up now and then.

    I have a gall stone and it measured 2.0 cm or less..if ill drink apple juice and follow all the steps in doing it,am i 100% sure that my gall stone will be removed..

      ako sa experience lang ha? ako meron din gallstones kaso takot ako sa operation kaya ang ginagawa ko pag sinumpong na ako 1 lemon lang tapos pakakatasin lang tapos may halong honey para di maxadong maasim 3-5 minutes wala na ung sakit
